I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I am trained in evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Yoga for Mental Health. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I draw on various aspects of training to help you reconnect with your true self and align with your core values.
I also conduct group therapy and research-based skills development sessions that can be helpful to enhance emotional regulation and self-awareness.
Together with clients, I help you to pursue meaningful growth and transformation.
If I am not at my office, you will find me enjoying a good book, cuddling up next to my dog, walking my dog while listening to good music, spending time with my family and possibly playing a board game, or baking something yummy.

I believe that every individual has the inner strength and resilience to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them tap into this potential. I am dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, and to develop the tools and skills they need to thrive.
